Amazing customer service and support! I just started my first saltwater tank and from knowledge to product to healthy, beautiful fish they’ve helped me tremendously and made this process a lot easier and a lot less stressful!

They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm just starting out with fish, and they gave me some awesome advice on how to keep my fish alive.. I will be back to look at their selection.

I'm visiting town from out of state with my girlfriend. After she convinced me to start a tank of my own, we decided to check out Eric's store for a filter, substrate, etc. Eric was super helpful in getting started. He is extremely knowledgeable in aquariums and gave us tips we could both use about plants, tankmates, and just random questions that might pop up. All of his fish were extremely happy in their tanks, which goes to show his care for this hobby. I absolutely suggest anyone check out his store if you are interested in getting started or expanding on this hobby.

The pet techs trim the nails and wings of my green cheek conure and are gentle and patient with her. She never seems anxious, and that is a very important factor in trusting the tech. Wouldn’t know what to do without them.
