The staff was very helpful. He answered all our questions and made some suggestions, but not trying to up sell us or get us to buy something we don't need. The store is well laid out and easy to shop. They had a good selection of both freshwater and marine fish. Their supplies stock wasn't huge, but they had the essentials. I'm sure they'll expand their selection as they get going more.

Great place & friendly owner who is very resourceful & helpful. I've purchased dozens of fish here with no issue & use their selection of Tidal freshwater filters with great success. I'd give them an extra star if I could!

I won’t be returning to this place. The first time we visited, no one even acknowledged us, as far as I can remember. The selection was extremely limited—virtually no fish at all. On our second visit, we walked in only to find out they were closed, even though the door was left unlocked. The only thing the heavier-set guy said was, “We’re closed,” before escorting us out. Not exactly welcoming.

**UPDATED** Initially gave The Fish Bowl 3 stars for the reasons mentioned below. Changing to 1 star. This company is entirely ran by amateurs. I knew that they were not reliable, so I checked their business hours online again, says they open at 10 am on Saturday. I waited until 10:20 to head up there. Guess, not open. Door locked. Figure out how to do business properly or close your doors! Not very reliable. When The Fish Bowl opened, they had a great selection of nearly everything. Doesn’t seem like they reorder materials. Every time I go in there I get accosted by dogs jumping on me while shopping. Their hours are terrible and inconsistent. I’ve taken time to go over there during their business hours and the doors are locked and no one is around. Highly frustrating when their hours are already strange. Takes their team forever to check me out sometimes, cause they can’t find part numbers. They do carry items that no one else in town carries, but it’s hit or miss on availability or when they will get another shipment.

This spot is my absolute favorite. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will not sell you anything you don’t need or something bad for your tank..
