Scalywaves Exotics

I really like this store. The customer service is great. They order fish and corals for me if they do not have them in stock. They are constantly improving the store. As a small business owner myself, and 40 years as a customer for saltwater, I know how hard it is to start up from scratch and build your way up. They have some cool reptiles too. They also have this giant tortoise that walks around the store that is really fun to play with. I got this great little tank from them and some awesome fish.

I had a great experience ordering from ScalyWaves Exotics! The fish arrived in excellent health and were clearly well cared for. The packaging was top-notch—everything was secure, and the fish traveled safely. I’m very impressed with the quality of the selection and the great communication throughout the process. You can tell they really care about their animals and their customers. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!

Based on pictures of livestock posted on Facebook, I was really excited to check this place out for saltwater fish and invertebrates. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The story was not very clean, smelled bad (there was a full size duck in a feed trough), tanks were not well maintained and the lighting on the tanks was terrible. I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but this is not a good representation of what a LFS should be.

Today, I had the experience that was above and beyond my expectations. I chose to have Scalywaves bring reptiles to my daughters birthday party. The kids had an absolute blast. AJ, the handler, was extremely informative and great with the kids. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Even as an adult, I had a blast and learned some new things.

Awesome store, lots of great reptile setups available for purchase, tons of salt water fish and corals. It's a really cool place to check out!
