I ordered eel and flounder and it arrived at my doorstep in two days ㅋㅋ There are two types of eel seasoning, spicy and teriyaki, and you can either fry it in a frying pan or air fry it. It also came with a paper that tells you how to cook it ㅎㅎ I fried it in a frying pan, but I personally think that frying it makes it chewier and tastier. I wonder if this is what seasoned ribs from fish taste like ㅋㅋ I also ordered a pack of salt-grilled eel, and they gave me a separate seasoning sauce, so I can either salt-grill it or season it and grill it! I ate the flounder raw, and it was fresh and delicious 😁 It was conveniently packaged, so I think it was really good. The weather has been so hot lately that I was worried that it might melt, but they put it in a styrofoam box with several ice packs and a cooler bag, so it arrived really fresh👍 I'm going to use it again next time ㅎㅎ

My husband, who likes eel in Korea as well, has been looking for it for a month now. I wondered if he could hold out for a few years, but lately, he has been singing eel songs every day. I heard that Americans don't eat squid because it looks strange... They don't even eat squid... The first time I went to the supermarket and had a hard time looking for squid without even knowing that... hehe. Luckily, where I live is where a lot of Koreans live... I went to a Korean mart a few times to buy it, but they wouldn't buy it. It was small... and honestly, it didn't look fresh, so I couldn't touch it. I've been there a few times and come back... Not long ago, while I was looking at people in the moon, I saw an ad for a place that sells eel online. I decided to give it a try first. I ordered it late at night and received it in two days.. Wow.. I was surprised that it took almost a day. Haha, I was wondering how long it would take since I am satisfied as long as the product is good, even if it takes a long time, but I was a bit surprised by how quickly it arrived. Among the products, there was one that came with an insulating bag, so I ordered that.. When I received it and saw it in person, I was very happy because it was not a loose insulating bag but a sturdy and good product. Haha. I wonder if it stayed fresher because there was an insulated bag... Anyway, the eels were delivered cool and neatly packaged one by one. There was no need to prepare it separately. It was completely fresh, so it was incomparably fresh and large in size compared to the eel sold at the supermarket. Haha. I put it on a hot pan and cooked it until it made a crunchy sound, and I thought, oh...this is it. Haha. One of the fish was big, so I cut it in half and grilled it until golden brown on both sides. Later, I seasoned it and tried it. I decided to give it a try to see if my husband, who is sensitive to taste, would approve. Totally thumbs up. It's very plump and savory. Anyway, you will know the taste when you taste it. lol. I ate it all by myself before I knew it. I'm going to open another package and bake it again before my husband comes. lol Do you grow eels somewhere in the U.S. and catch and ship them when an order comes in? I thought so, but it turned out to be a European eel.. haha. Anyway, it's awesome... I highly recommend it to those who like eel.
