I wanted to wait before I gave this review but this company has shown to be reliable and exceeded my expectations. This is an excellent company that I have ordered 2x from and will continue to. Shipping is fast , fish are very healthy , and they respond whenever you have any questions. Don’t hesitate and don’t feel skeptical like I was at first. The fish are sent out in Tuesday but they quarantine for a day or so before shipment so order accordingly to that schedule if you don’t want it stuck at the post office on Sunday. Absolutely amazing Betta Breeder. My boy(Prismo)arrived safe, healthy, curious, and ready to eat! The quality of the fish is wonderful! He seemed low stress even after his journey. And friendly to me, he also hasn’t paid much mind to my snails(Chips and Ice Cream) besides a glance, hopefully that continues :) wonderful personality. The packaging is far above others I’ve seen, with multiple layers of protection. mine arrived safe and comfortable in his bag! I believe that if the worst were to happen like a bag opening, he would still have a chance of making it alive…that’s how amazing this breeder is. The story of the breeder is so heartwarming, and you can tell how much he cares about the fish, Thank you so much Betta Squad!

Normally I wait a while to give reviews on live animals but I just could not wait. This is one of the best experiences I've had buying a fish online. I got the EXACT Halfmoon betta I paid for and I got the fish within a few days of submitting my order. (I placed my order Saturday got him Wednesday)The fish was extremely well packaged and taken care of that's evident in the condition my fish came in. Immaculate colors and condition. I'm so thrilled to see him thrive and will update as time goes on if need be. But I am incredibly impressed and happy with my new fish friend 🧡 thanks BettaSquad!

Two years ago, I purchased a male lavender Halfmoon Betta from Betta Squad USA, and I am beyond impressed with the quality of my fish and the overall experience. My betta, Oskar, is still as vibrant, active, and healthy as the day he arrived. As someone familiar with high-quality betta standards, I can confidently say that Oskar is exceptionally well-bred. His body structure is strong and balanced, with a straight topline and no spinal deformities. His caudal peduncle is thick and well-muscled, allowing him to support his large, symmetrical Halfmoon tail with ease. Despite being a long-finned variety, he swims effortlessly and is highly active, a clear sign of good finnage development without excessive weight or structural weakness. His dorsal, caudal, and anal fins are evenly proportioned, forming a clean 180-degree spread when fully flared, with no signs of webbing reduction or asymmetry. His scales are uniform, tightly packed, and exhibit excellent iridescence, showing no marbling or color loss even after two years. His eyes are clear and properly proportioned to his head, and his gill function is flawless, with no signs of opercular deformities. Oskar and I thank this amazing breeder 2 years later and this will continue to be my favorite betta supplier forever!
