Absolutely sad to see this store hasn’t improved its animal care standards even after talking to staff about it. Guinea pigs need hay to be able to digest their food… all three Guinea pigs low food and no hay. Staff doesn’t ask if you need assistance either. I’d recommend a different pet store.

Definitely the place to take your pup if they're needing a bath and you don't want to bathe them in your tub. The baths, for one, it's $8 last time I checked. They offer a card, 5 washes for $35, last time I checked. The $35 is really convenient. It's a one stop shop for food, toys, treats, they have pet adoptions, birds, just think of it as a Petsmart. The customer service can be hit or miss, but overall, I can get in and out fast.

This is a great place to buy your pet supplies or get a new pet. They carry quality products, great specials and have coupons. I started shopping there shortly after they opened for business and they have not disappointed me yet. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always there to help you find stuff or carry it to your vehicle if you want.

This store offers so much more than I expected. From cat food, dog food, accessories of every kind. They have live crickets, snakes, parakeets, gerbils, fish. They have an adorable dog bakery and a Deli too!! I love their very affordable pet wash station and a professional groomer on site as well. You can bathe your pet for $10. Or buy a package $25 and get 5 baths! What a deal!! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Love that this store is so close to West Ranch.

I don't recommend this place for anything. The manager Dora, is rude as hell and treats the employees like dogs. She cusses at them and puts her finger in their faces in front of customers. She talks down to the customers. Let me not to forget about the animals they have there. The animals are mistreated by her and other staff. I went into this store few time and seen all this and thought to myself if this is how this lady treats her staff and animals, I would hate to see how she treats her children and family.
