Love Texas Aqua! Team is always very helpful and knowledgeable, especially with Shannon who help me select my Discus, and Son who helped me get my tank established and healthy. I purchased my Discus a few months ago and they are thriving. If you just listen and act on the advice given to you from Son and others at Texas Aqua, your Discus will thrive. Very happy customer

The guys there were really nice and the prices aren’t bad, i bought 2 discus from them and from the moment we got them home they never ate anything, fast forward a month and both of them were dead unfortunately…my water conditions are good i also have 4 other discus in the tank that are perfectly healthy. They could’ve been sick or just didn’t adjust well, but that’s part of being in the hobby.

FACTS ONLY REVIEW ~ I ordered 3 pea puffers online. First shipment there was no ice pack and pea puffers arrived dead due to heat as shown in photos. Second replacement pea puffers arrived skinny and sick as shown in photos. They all died within days. I chose 2 day ups shipping because it was the recommended option at the time for fish under $35. There was an option for 1 day ups upgrade. They blamed it on me for not upgrading

I was happy with the service up until I called today with a question. The person that answered the phone told me that the people that sold me testing strips should not have sold me such a bad product. I asked if I could receive a refund and the person told me they do not do refunds. I will not be going back to this store. For more clarification, I bought some water testing strips to test my water and I found that my PH and water hardness levels were high. I called to get clarification on what products I could buy to get those numbers or levels down and the person that answered the phone told me the testing strips could not be trusted as they give faulty readings. Why sell them if they are such a bad product? Never going back here again.

Love it !! Texas Aqua is one of the best aquarium stores I have ever visited. The staff is not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable, giving detailed advice on each type of fish suitable for my needs and home space. Buying fish here is very easy, the fish are healthy, swim flexibly, just looking at them is fascinating!
