Pet Supplies Plus Buda

The staff is always nice. I take my dog in regularly to pick out treats. They have a good selection of a la carte things to pick from. Outside of that I find the prices of some items fairly expensive. They do offer grooming and a self bathing station. Had my dog groomed there once. Not sure I would do that again. I am curious about the cost of the bathing station. I've never used it, but I like the idea.

Marisol was a truly exceptional groomer, thank you for showing my Roscoe such compassion and care, I will undoubtedly return for his next visit.

Have asked 3 times in 6 weeks to carry a pro plan variety for older dogs. Was assured each time ( bu manager) they would and yet they still don't. I wanted to patronize local but they give me no reason to shop at this location. Do not say you will do something then not do it. Waste of my time and gas. Went to a different store farther away that carries what I need. Not going back to buda location.

I have try so many times to applied coupons or gift cards that i have on my account and they have refused to use them. Yesterday i brought 2 of my dogs for the $5 dollar nail trim and the cashier refuse to use it and I had to pay full price. This is unacceptable and they give you an attitude when you request to talk to the manager. It doesn't say anywhere that you can only use it once I tell the cashier and she gave me an attitude which is unacceptable.

We love bringing our dog here for self serve baths. It’s so much easier than trying to do it at home and he enjoys the outing. Unfortunately the don’t carry his food or favorite treats anymore.
