It's been a while since I've been to this pet store. Went to get fish always loved going there but stopped my aquarium so no need. Boy have they expanded. So much to see. The staff are very helpful. Also I want to share the Angel fish I purchased.

This place is under new ownership and better management.. I frequent a lot and interact with their parrots. One of my own, in my flock, came from here. We LOVE the new changes and can't wait to see the updates they make to the store! Great job, guys! We support 100% 🙌

I’ve been going here for about 20 years. Always helpful and friendly. If you want to talk about dog food or about any animal as nauseam, this is your place! It’s always clean and the animals are clearly happy. Even Leroy has been there for 30 some odd years and to see a bird in pristine condition that hasn’t pulled its feathers tells you they take good care of their own.

Staff is not friendly and does not treat everyone equal. They only enforce their policies at their convenience. I felt I was racially profiled. My husband and I were in the store looking for parrots. It was our first time here and we were constantly ignored by staff. No one welcomed us and were left standing waiting for assistance that never came. We wanted to interact with the birds. I saw two teenage couples allowed to hold parrots but when my husband and I asked a man in a pony tail twice if I could hold a parrot he asked me if we were going to buy or just wanted to hold one, and when I said I just wanted to hold for now he told me it went against policy to allow customers who were not going to buy a bird to hold them. Excuse me sir but how do I know if I want to buy a parrot if you won’t let me interact with it? The two teenage couples you allowed to hold parrots did not buy them either, and certainly did not have that kind of money your asking. If you’re going to enforce that policy then it needs to be for everyone. I felt super uncomfortable and embarrassed after the interaction with the man in the pony tail and I did not like how the woman with a short blonde haircut kept ignoring us when we needed assistance. When we do decide to purchase a parrot we will not be giving you our business.
