Austin Aqua Farms

I've been keeping reef tanks for almost 20 years and as so, I've purchased marine livestock from many different places ----- from local brick and mortar to over the internet, and Austin Aqua Farms is one of the best. I recently ordered some corals from Austin Aqua Farms and the corals arrived on time, packed well, and healthy. But let me tell you, I did have a minor issue on one of my order, but that was with UPS and NOT Austin Aqua Farms. I emailed AAF about the issue (I will not state what that was) and Matt responded quickly and respectfully every time all through the process. I cannot overstate enough of how great Matt was in addressing and facilitating the matter. Matt and Austin Aqua Farms is one of but a few that I have encountered through the years (and believe me, I've had many) with exceptional customer service, and not to mention healthy and lively corals!

I have been purchasing from Austin Aqua Farms (AAF) for several years. I finally had the opportunity to visit the store front when I visited Austin for a weekend. Matt (owner) was flexible with allowing me into the shop during non-business hours. His team was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.

Awesome selection of corals at great prices. They delayed shipping on my order due to potential weather related delays. Which I really appreciate, because it showed they care about your order getting to you intact. The shorter these stay in their bags the more likely success will be when you put them in the tank. This fat head Dendrophyillia has been in the tank less than an hour and is already opened up. What a stunning color and for about half the price other coral shops are charging. Thank you Matt for clear communication and great service. I look forward to one day making the three hour drive to your shop to see it in person. Edit: the Duncan started opening up and the color looks great. Plus it’s a huge frag. It has 7 heads on it.
