Our little Ballpark Frank was well-taken care of when we picked him out. The staff was friendly and informative without being pushy and the “The Petland Puppy Value” pays for itself very quickly over the life of your pet! We will definitely be back for our next pet! EDIT: Our first experience was so wonderful we came back for more! Our sweet little 9 week old Vienna will make a wonderful life-long companion to Ballpark Frank!

My boyfriend and I came into Petland just to look while shopping for our very first puppy together.. and we ended up leaving with the sweetest little French Bulldog we instantly fell in love with him 🐾❤️ We had such an amazing experience, and we especially want to thank Jozlynn for being so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.. from answering all our questions to making sure we felt confident and prepared to bring our new fur baby home. Oh my goodness, I love this place! All of the animals are so cool, healthy, and happy! Not to mention the sweet greeting I was given by the employees! I was looking for some treats and toys for my little dachshunds and was given the best treatment and information I could ever ask for! They keep their animal enclosures incredibly clean and it is clear to see all the creatures are in good care! I learned so much and my puppies love their toys and treats! Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Petland’s reptiles! I got my bearded dragon from them four years ago, and he has been absolutely perfect and healthy ever since. From day one, he was clearly well cared for, and he continues to thrive. It’s honestly disappointing to see some of the negative reviews especially when my experience has been nothing but exceptional, no one’s perfect, my beardies cage isn’t always spotless either! It is crazy the twisted words sad people will say to tear down a family business. Every time I visit Petland, I’m impressed by how clean and well-maintained the reptile enclosures are. The cages are spotless, the food looks fresh, and all the reptiles seem genuinely happy and healthy. You can tell the staff truly care about their animals and go above and beyond to provide the best environment for them. If you’re thinking about getting a reptile, I highly recommend Petland. Their dedication to the animals’ well-being and their professionalism have exceeded all my expectations. I’m beyond satisfied with the care they provide, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Petland, for helping me find my perfect little dragon!
