Sable was VERY happy with Kristina (groomer.) She is 11 and kinda set in her ways with the people she trusts. Kristina did a great job with my baby. Sable got a grooming and de-shed treatment. She was not over anxious when I picked her up like she normally is after leaving a groomer. Kristina, thank you. I've found a new groomer for my best friend. Truly, thank you.

I've always had great experiences here. They always apply my Veteran's discount and coupons without any issues. Staff are always helpful and professional. Would highly recommend and they do Price Matching.

I usually don’t leave a review, but the young ladies that work inside this store are amazing. They work very hard. They run back-and-forth from the front of the store to the back of the store to help their customers out. I am new to this bearded dragon lifestyle, and the way that they come and offer me help when I don’t know or I don’t understand I truly appreciate it. Emmy and Kierra You help me today i finally got to hold my bearded dragon for the first time in months you showed me what I needed to do And how to handle him And I couldn’t be more grateful for that ….. I remember it is one more girl, but she no longer works there and she used to help me…. But I thank you for what you do if no one else tells you that you girls are amazing. You are amazing and you work better then some of mangers in store….. I don’t know if Corporate sees this, but those girls need raises And promotions because I have walked past looking, lost, not knowing and the managers did not care. Did not stop and ask me if I needed help. But they did they are a joy and blessing Thank you for helping my family 💛💛💛

Showed up at 6:25pm on a Sunday (I get they close at 7pm, we thought is was 8pm, that was our fault) however, we stood there for a minute and let people who were checking out go ahead of us. We told them we were here for a wash. A girl says “oh you’re here for a wash? We close soon, could you make it quick?” We say yes of course. We say we don’t have our card but we have our number, we give her the number (it works every other time, they just get our number and hand us towels and usually tell us how many washes we have left) this time we apparently needed the card (convenient) so my boyfriend goes to look in his wallet and I ask the girl “so the whole store closes at 7? I’m so sorry, we thought it was 8” She says “yes and I have to be up early so..” we just left. Every other time was great. Just this time

Always a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Goose Creek. Well stocked, good prices and organized. The cashiers are some of the friendliest customer service workers I have come across. Tonight, Emily was the cashier and she deserves a shout out for being so friendly. I wish I remembered the other girls names as well, but they are truly wonderful as well. Just appreciate their positive attitude and smiles!
