Nice place, pets look very happy and cheerful. Staff was very accommodating and hands on with the pets as well. Got some dog accessories and pet some pups as well as see some other little ones😍

I would give ten stars if I could. Selection is good and prices are better. Their point system is great. After only one year I got a $70.00 bag of dog food for FREE. That says a lot. The people working there are always nice & available. Says a lot about a business in a world full of bad businesses. Receiving these coupons in the mail helps a lot too. My dog, Bruiser, and I appreciate your business.

I love Pets Plus! They have a plethora of pets' needs (food, treats, equipment, etc.) You can also adopt dogs and other pets from there.. and my goodness sre they cute. Whenever I visit the area I run in, they have so many food selections and pet goodies. My dogs absolutely love this place!

They treat their animals HORRIBLY. I’ve gone there a few time over the years for a while. When I was very young, I got a hamster from there, I thought it died in a week due to an infection. Turns out it died in a few days, my mom ran back to get his brother that looked exactly the same, and it died within the same week. Later on, I went there with friends and picked up a guinea pig. They’re supposed to be extremely skittish and try to run away from you. One of them didn’t, and when I picked it up? It had a lot of green gunk in the corner of its eyes, and it barely looked alive. I told a worker and he seemed surprised and unsure of what to do. Not even mentioning how they treat their dogs and cats there. It’s awful and makes me so sad
