My 85# GSD/Mali was in for his first ever grooming appointment today. I usually do this at home. I chose the Bath & Brush with the De-Shed and Paw treatment add-ons. His apt was at 10:30am and we were notified he was done at 11:57am. When I picked him up the groomer who completed him did not come out to discuss his apt. I was handed the leash and that was it. I noticed his undercoat was still damp and when we got home I let him fully dry and brushed him to see if they completed the de-shed and it certainly wasn’t done. I was able to get 2 handfuls of fur off him within 1-2 minutes of lightly brushing (without furminator,) which is what I had expected when noticing he was still damp. I’m not an experienced groomer but I know you cannot effectively bush a pet while still wet - which he was. I’m not sure I would recommend this grooming facility - all I paid for an overpriced bath today!

The fish in this store are in filthy conditions with dead fish everywhere. It looks like there’s reviews online about this throughout the last few years. It’s abysmal and honestly they shouldn’t be selling fish. Algae everywhere, dead fish, told an associate they said they clean them at the end of the day. A pile of dead fish and decomposing ones don’t happen in one day nor does that amount of grime. Buy elsewhere. Exotic pets in boardman is great even petsmart is better.

I’ve stopped over there several times every time there’s been success! I bought a gecko there. I bought food for my gecko every time they have fresh live food for my gecko. They have bully toys for my dog thank you pet supplies plus.

Chloe is a talented groomer. She takes her time and our dog Gunner always looks top notch!

The groomers are excellent and have always been very good when handling my dogs. Never a problem! Grooming A+A+A+
