Pet Supplies Plus Wooster

This was our first visit here. It was horrible. The staff were all gathered near the front socializing, with the exception of one young lady working to change shelf tags. Not one person welcomed us or asked if we needed help. The poor betta fish were in horrible condition. Several of their containers were completely green from poor conditions and no proper water changes. When I asked for an employee to come look and inquired about the conditions, he made the excuse that they were "busy" this week. He literally had NOTHING preventing him from completing water changes on the spot. I can tell you we traveled to the opposite end of the parking lot and stopped in PetSmart. What a night and day difference! Pristine conditions, friendly, helpful staff, clean tanks, great sales... Pet Supplies Plus ZERO, PetSmart TEN!!!

Nice, clean store that was reasonably priced on dog items. They also had other items for cats, fish, hamsters, ferrets, etc. Again, all priced and labeled well. Staff was friendly. We did order ahead and it was ready for pickup within the hour. We then shopped the store and found some special treats for the dogs. Overall, would visit again. Post Edit: Originally, I posted this with a 4 out of 5 stars. I've changed my score because honestly, it was overall a great experience and would recommend for dog owners.

i wouldn't even put a star but you have to , anyways YOU SOLD TWO SICK GUINEA PIGS TO MY SISTER AND DIDNT EVEN LET HER KKOW. yall are about as bad as someone who i won't name. but we all know who. you guys are seriously the worst pet store don't know how yall are still open.

I take my gator every payday and she picks out her own toys love pet supplies plus Even got her a life vest the other day for our kayak trips they got everything

I have been in the aqaurium hobby for over 10 years and have done a lot of research on my own and still keep learning new things every day. Esp with so many types of fish out there and all of them needing specific things for a thriving environment. I got to say thanks to the man who gave me a print out of freshwater fish specifics. In all my time doing this hobby I've never had someone take the time out to do this for me. I don't care how long you have been in the hobby there is always new stuff you learn and sheets like this can help you to make more sound/better judgements when it comes to picking out fish and knowing what to look for when you want to buy them! Thank you!!!! I'll be back for sure, shows how much you all care about your customers knowing about your livestock! Also the tanks and fish all looked very healthy!!!! Way to go!!!! Keep up the good work!!!
