I just wanted to say how much they are always so friendly there. Brought our little man there to get some treats. The staff is very helpful too! Would highly recommend.

The most affordable pet store. Has a variety of food and toys. Their grooming service was amazing too. I got my cat groomed and he was not nervous at all. The lady was very nice and professional. You get a good discount if you sign with your number too!

Absolutely horrible service . Left my 11 yr old cocker there told 1.5 to 2 hours came back had only been bathed ... he had been on table and obviously not happy. After informing them just to bring me my dog they presented me with a $59 bill . For bath no apologies no let us fix this nothing. If you love your pets don't use this service.

I come to Pet Supplies Plus mainly because they are one of the only stores left that sell my dog’s food. I was unimpressed the first time I gave my dog a bath here several years back, but they have done a 180°! There are high and low dog wash stations, a grip friendly sprayer, a virtually silent blow dryer, and plenty of towels and shampoos to choose from. The dog wash package is going for 5 washes for $40! They also close at 9 which accommodates working professionals who need to give their dogs a bath during the week. I’m glad this can be my one stop shop for my dog.

I think that when people bring their dogs, mostly the older ones here, and they expect miracles because they are not taken care of properly or their taken care of minimally with open wounds, dried blood matted into their fur, mates so close to the skin it cause sores or they haven't been groomed daily or brushed daily and people bring them to pet supplies wanting their dog to come out like a brand new dog is asking alot. You can't expect the groomer to be able to groom your pet when people have obviously waited way to long to get the service done and have putt little to no effort into their care between grooms. Then you expect a discount for the services not being able to be performed is just stupidity at its finest. Then people come on here and wine about how the services were poor. If you seen some of the pics of these pets that come here to get groomed you wouldn't do the service either. I commend the employees here and what they have to put up with and the entitlement people think they deserve when the services can't be done do to health concerns for the animal. I had the opportunity to witness such and incident yesterday and I feel for the employee who had to deal with that then deal with the scrutiny of a bad review. Keep trucking pet supplies you do great work!! Don't let the nasty few keep you down.
