Pet Supplies Plus Sylvania

Awesome always! I love that there is one in walking distance from me. The same woman has been working there for as long as I can remember. She ALWAYS IS SMILING! THE "HELP" is always looking to "Help" Always clean!!! Perfect review!

Pet Supply Plus has a friendly staff working in the Sylvania store. They are very happy to help you to find any product in their store. The selves are packed with all the essentials for critters to fish, cats, dog, etc food, and health care. Everything was labeled. It was fun to browse the store looking for new and exciting things for our pets. Hope you can enjoy going there for your pets soon.

Leah was absolutely a pleasure! She helped to recommend dental sticks for my dog and was so kind and helpful. Ask for Leah if you need help.

I don’t normally write reviews in general but i honestly was flabbergasted by this experience. let me premise this by saying the manager (or owner, not sure which he is) is so nice and helpful! and plenty of others have been amazing as well. but i recently took my new dog to the store to get some treats, he went outside before we came (we like less than 3 mins away), we go into the store and he marked. i instantly went up to the cash register to talk to the old white haired lady and told her and asked if she had anything i could use to clean it and that i was so sorry. she l huffed, rolled her eyes, then rudely said “i have to do it myself, take him outside now so he doesn’t keep marking”. i said “ok i just took him out before we came but no problem”. i don’t like conflict if i can avoid it but her tone was offsetting considering most people just leave it and i was willing to clean it myself since it’s my dog. i had him outside for about 5-10 mins. come back in she glares at me and i get the treats and he then marked again, i start to walk to a different lady to tell her and apologize again and the old white haired lady yells “SEE”. i looked back and said “i really am so sorry, he’s a dog i don’t know what you want me to do”. i put my stuff back and was walking out stopped a different lady and apologized again, she was so kind and said it really wasn’t a big deal he’s an animal and by nature he wants to mark where other dogs have already went. i hate to see how one person can change the way a store seems considering there are so many nice people who work there but i hope to never see her again, my dog doesn’t normally mark in any building or home settings so i really felt to bad and embarrassed to begin with, without her being rude.

Very today store, with helpful staff. Many items to choose from in this very large store!
