I have been buying cat supplies here for 40 years! As a devoted cat lover, I have cared for cats & kittens all my life - through decades of rescue work, and 14 years of ethical in-home breeding of Siberian Cats, and helping people with allergies to be able to snuggle with a kitty! In my art, I have drawn, painted, photographed, and sculpted them since my early childhood. Pet Supplies Plus usually has most of the premium healthy cat foods I purchase for my cats and recommend to other cat parents. Also, the employees are friendly and very helpful.

Best pet supplies store around and they price match. Their employees greet you when you come in and make sure you find what you need. Online shopping is nice, but I’d rather be around nice people who treat you like a valued customer !

Had took my Yorkshire Terrier to the groomers to get groomed and went back to pick her up and the lady had cut all of hair off from her face she did not have a Yorkie haircut I was so upset and disappointed; I said oh no why did you cut her hair off of her face and she then apologized and then said I’ve booked an appointment for August and I’ll note to not cut so much off; I didn’t say nothing else she gave me the paper to go pay upfront for the services and then the guy checked me out and said how was everything I told him I was upset because if the haircut my dog got and then he apologized and said would you like to leave a tip and I said no because I was not happy with the service he apologized again and I left after paying for a service I wasn’t satisfied with. He didn’t even offer a discount. I’m not going back there after that experience and it was my first time getting her groomed there.

I had such a good time with my uncle at this pet store we took in his new puppy and my 9month old puppy and newborn baby of 2 months old and we were helped right away! By a wonderful young lady in a Halloween costume who pointed us to the cages which were on sale for a killer deal. I had looked all over of Facebook market place to realize they were cheaper brand new in the store then online truely. Also had a young man help us in the puppy food department and fish area who was very resourceful and fun to talk to. Also got a 10% discount online before going that actually worked once we got there. Honestly the store was clean,family-friendly,pet friendly,lgbtq+ tolerable,and also handicapped accessible with automatic doors in and going out. Parking is close to store and never really jammed packed which is awesome. Thanks pet supplies plus!! Service was on point and store was well organized and decently priced.!

Sydney helped me and my daughter purchase goldfish. She was kind and took her time to ensure we didn’t feel rushed and made the correct selection of food! We enjoyed our first visit and will return.
