Pet Supplies Plus Streetsboro

I was there on Monday 6/2/25 I got a Guinea pig the people there weren’t helpful and the cash lady didn’t know what she was doing and I got a cut I my finger from the box that I got for the Guinea pig. They need to be more helpful with customer service and my guinea pigs name is Harry / hairy and I kind of wanted to know what was on that sheet I signed. My guinea pig has been everyone that he has met

Got 3 guppies from here and they had parasites. I understand it can sometimes be hard to know if they have them or not but when people get fish from a store they expect them not to have parasites. The guppies have Camallanus worms.

I was at the Streetsboro location today & I heard the woman that was grooming the dogs & this beautiful soul was speaking to the dog as if it were a child she was caring for. It was so sweet. Whoever the dog belongs to your dog was in amazing hands.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was bringing my dog in to be groomed. It’s just me and him so he gets excited to see other ppl. Yes he’sa lot to handle but he’s not aggressive. He’s sweet. He was just meeting them for the first time. The attitude these 2 girls had was disgusting. After everything was said and done, I was afraid to leave t dog here for his appt. Don’t leave your dogs here with these ppl. Who knows how they treat them when you’re not around because they have an attitude because your dog jumped on her. If you don’t like dogs, find something else to do

I went in to purchase some fish for our home aquarium and what I saw made me sick! A tank filled so full with goldfish that they could barely move! They were struggling to get to the top to breathe air bubbles in between the dead fish floating there, the filter was also covered with dead fish. They were being sold for $0.20 each! This was a very disturbing and cruel sight to see, there were multiple tanks that were empty and there were also six tanks that had signs that said “sorry we’re sick right now “ I would never buy anything from this store!
