I have a 12 yr old St. Bernard who’s hearing is not the greatest and doesn’t like slippery floors. I relayed that to the groomer and she took all the necessary precautions. She put towels down in shower and rubber mat under him while grooming. She did a fantastic job grooming he looks great, and thanks for your patience with a senior dog .

Clean store and the staff is so friendly. The doggy spa is wonderful and easy to use, and the groomers are kind, caring, and dedicated! My baby is safe!

Love grooming services and Amanda is awesome! She took her time with my dog to let her adjust and trust her. Last grooming I mentioned her dry skin and Amanda took care of it and my dogs coat was beautiful! Appreciate her and the grooming services. Recommend!

The store isn't very clean. When I asked where something was, I was told "over there somewhere." No one took the time to show me. Their feeder insects are not well cared for, I would rather my spiders go without than feed them the dubia from there. They also need to be trained as to the proper husbandry for the animals in their care. I had never been to the store before and I won't be back again.

I love coming here just to see what goodies I can find for my pups 🤣 The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've been taking my older pup in to Amanda for grooming services and I will continue to do so!! She's so great with the animals and she's always so patient. I love this store!
