Great people, nice pet friendly store. We enjoy the self dog wash service; Albeit it has become expensive. Tractor supply has dog washes 9 dollars each plus 4th free. Pet Supplies is closer to home. Better than hair throughout my bathroom..

Wow what a great place! Sue and the staff are super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Any questions you may have about an animal, reptile, snake, cat ,bird etc. They've got you. Any issues with online ordering, they'll help! They prolice match chewy!! Help a local store out and shop here! Handicap accessible.

Sydney the groomer did a great job trimming my cats nails during their grooming event, highly recommend! And they had refreshments out during this event, for you and for your cat/dog!

My son has a class pet that he was able to bring home. We decided to take it to the pet store as part of the project. He also has a special needs little sister. Everything was going well until we notice a big weird man following us VERY closely. I’m a black woman and I know when I’m being followed in a store. Then a manager comes up to us and asks if we are interested in getting help or just “looking”. I then tell her it’s for a school project, all is good. Next thing I know, SHE IS LEANING OVER MY SON. She was beyond crossing the line. Then she continues to try and get a peak of the “fake” hamster in his cage. It was BEYOND ridiculous and racially motivated. My daughter was enjoying herself looking at the fish and wondering the store. We were not bothering anyone and the store was basically empty. I’ve bought from this store in the past plenty of times. They had no problem taking my money and letting me browse then!

The two young ladies working were beyond helpful and friendly. Always such a positive interaction at this store. Very clean also!
