Maya is awesome! After a bad experience at another groomer, she was able to make me feel comfortable leaving my Zoey there. Maya took the time to talk to me before the appointment and she did a wonderful job on Zoey. She truly has great customer service and great grooming skills.

Worst groomer ever! Seriously look at my teacup yorkie! Look at the black still around her eyes! That was one of the main reasons I set up the appointment! I kept cleaning them! I paid extra for the deluxe shampoo and conditioner! She never got! I was just emailed by another store welcoming me to their store that is how this is being handled! Very professional right! UPDATE: They are trying to make things right they are giving her a free Spa treatment along with the deluxe shampoo and conditioner I paid for!

I enjoy the friendly staff who always greet me whenever I visit the store as well as they are always eager to help me whenever I need issues including asking me if I need help without asking, I feel very welcomed whenever I visit there.

Called them and they gave me a price and said that is a strarting price. Since I have Bassetts, I asked what do they mean by a starting price. They said they charge by the minute if it taked them longer for any reason...like behavioral issues. So if my dog is a little nervous or stubborn...it will cost more? They said yes....that is a marketing BS plan called bait and switch.

Great employees, fish tanks are almost always clean (some dead fish, but normal shipping stuff). If an employee doesn't know something, they won't tell you they do. Rather, they'll let you know they don't know and ask another associate ( I love that!). We recently got a second ferret from them too, and he's as happy and healthy as can be!!
