Always great service here. Four stars because sometimes it does smell like they mopped with pet urine water. However, I've always been accommodated service-wise as I do have a very, very, very picky eater for a cat. Prices are decent as we are members and always get coupons endpoints for purchases. That really helps with offsetting costs. Their selection of food and animal products is also on point. Always stocked.

The Pet groomer area was clean the groomer was very nice, professional , rather then take advantage of me she was honest in telling me that my German Sheppard nails didn't need clip which was the reason why I came since she owned several German Sheppard she gave me tips of which dry foods & treats to buy, which brush & conditioner can help with my dog dandruff. She even brush him showing me how to deshed his hair & spray a nice gloss on his coat then walked me out the grooming area to show me bathing supplies, just over all high-five to this employee, i been shopping here for 8 years and always had a pleasant experience.

I visited two Pet Supplies Plus locations in two days and received defective fish tanks at both. One had a broken filter and signs of prior use. I exchanged it for a larger, pricier tank, plus plenty of water and accessories hoping for better quality, but its filter was loud and malfunctioning, stressing out the fish. Now, I have to buy a new filter elsewhere, despite spending a lot here. Most boxed tanks weren’t sealed, and I even saw my returned tank being reboxed for resale. The staff at Solon and Garfield were helpful, which is why I gave 3 Star’s, however, I’m unsure if their advice was genuine or just upselling. Be cautious when purchasing fish tanks here—poor quality control and product integrity left me frustrated and out of money.

My cashier was awesome. She was friendly and polite. I always shop there. They also have great sales.

Great place...but they were out of what I needed. Great customer service!!
