Pet Supplies Plus Fairview Park

This store has some of the rudest workers I have ever come into contact with in my entire life. With the exception of three workers, every other worker that I have come into contact with apparently hates their jobs and take it out on customers, or me at the very least. The store manager is a kind, gentle, helpful young man, so I’m baffled why his employees are so disrespectful. I am by no means entitled, but when I spend upward to $100 a month on cat food, I expect to be treated with at the very least a little respect. A person by the name of Lyndsey is by far the rudest and doesn’t need to interact with customers at all. They need to unload the truck and stay behind the scenes. They are rude and disrespectful. If this doesn’t sound like their behavior, then apparently we have another problem to worry about that may need some investigating . I dread coming into the store because every interaction I have had with this person has been negative. The only reason I shop here is because they have the best selection for the particular brand my cat likes, but I’m gonna have to see about getting my food delivered despite living on the same street that the store is located, because I cannot stand interacting with this person. I already wrote a review from my receipt, but I’m going call corporate if their attitude is not corrected immediately. They are so disrespectful and don’t deserve to work anywhere around animals. Honestly, I’m going to look into store delivery because this person is so negetive, that they ruin the rest of my day with their poor disrespectful attitude . Shameful!!!

Good enough pet store, with a decent selection of quality cat and dog foods. You can find better quality foods here than you are at Walmart etc. A lot of times varies cans are on sale or bags. Wish they didn't torture and sell beta fish but so many pet stores suck In that way.

He knew exactly where to point me to get the right products I was looking for for my dog Belle. Keep up the good work, you were very helpful. Pet Supplies Plus Fairview Park has recently added a self serve dog wash! State of the art...just like a car wash. All Supplies included, spray wash with soap, flea wash, conditioner and rinse all in one hose. The towels and a hose blow dryer to finish it off. Again very helpful staff yo explain how to use it and even help lift your dog in. Here is my nice clean and fluffy puppy Belle after her bath!

My absolute favorite place to shop for all my babies, the staff is always so unbelievably kind and you can tell how much they all love the animals there, I recently got three guinea pigs from there and you can tell they were treated with such love!!!
