I came to get a leopard gecko I normally wouldn’t go to a pet land type place for animals but there aren’t many places to get leos in my area so I went to pet land just to see what they had and I found a very friendly and calm baby Leo Troy helped me today and he was extremely helpful, and gave me all the advice he could, also gave me multiple tips and seemed very knowledgeable everything he told me aligned with what I’ve learned throughout my research I am surprisingly very happy with my service he was very professional

Stopped by on Valentine's Day for a short visit with the puppies. The staff was awesome! Very knowledgeable and caring! Thanks for making the visit a fun experience!

We got to spend some time with this little guy today! He had us laughing the whole time. His personality is perfect! He is so playful and loving! If we didn’t already have our hands full with our dogs, we would have taken him home! He’s on SALE too! If you are looking for a sweet boy to add to your family, he’s a great choice! He’s a greyhound.

I got some tiger barbs from there, and they looked great. Good color, good shape. Morgan helped me out with them and she was fantastic! Excellent customer service. I'll be back!

"Deceptive sales practice" Was pressured into a hard credit inquiry without clear disclosure. Now stuck rebuilding my credit. That I didn’t even want to use yet. Staff either didn’t understand or intentionally misled me. I am extremely upset with the staff. I went in simply to ask how much a puppy cost. They refused to tell me the actual price upfront; if I’d known it was over $1,000, I would’ve immediately walked away. Instead, they were very sweet and took advantage of the fact that I was mourning my recently lost puppy. Who I believe to be a manager suggested checking if I could qualify for a payment plan to buy the dog — still without telling me the price. No one explained this would be a hard inquiry that would permanently impact my credit. Even after I mentioned I had zero credit and was patiently waiting to start it properly, they failed to inform me. Because of this, my credit now starts at 609 instead of the 650 it would have if I’d opened a secured card through my bank like I’d carefully planned. I felt rushed through paperwork with very little explanation. Yes, I should have read every line, but my faith in basic humanity failed me here. Only later did I find out I qualified for $2,500 (loan) — far below the dog’s cost. I declined. Had I known more, I could’ve accepted a small amount, paid it off immediately, and actually improved my credit. But again, I was not informed. Either: A) The staff truly don’t understand what they’re doing. or B) They completely manipulated me. Now I have to go back in person to make sure no account is open in my name. With ADHD and sensory processing disorder, these kinds of interactions are extremely overstimulating, but I have no choice. I am deeply disappointed. I did not plan to mess with credit for years, and now I’m forced into it before I’m ready. Managing finances with ADHD is hard enough without this surprise. So — congratulations, you got me by a technicality. But what you did was wrong. I sincerely hope management retrains the staff on transparency so no one else goes through this. My review documents exactly what happened in case I file with the CFPB or BBB.
