Pet Supplies Plus Cuyahoga Falls

Terrible grooming and terrible follow up from management. We dropped both of our dogs off at 2pm. One for a full groom and one for a bath. They told us it would take about an hour and a half and that they would call when they were done. By 5:15pm they had not called. We went up to the store and they were not done. The groomer stated it had been a crazy day and that they close at 6pm. But they would be done by then. We went back around closing time to get our dogs and you could tell the staff were ready to go home. I was rushed and they were NOT friendly about me being there so late. I had to pay for the dogs before I saw them and was RUSHED out the door. When I got my dogs to the car one had NOT been bathed at all! In fact she now had fresh stool all over her backside. I tried to go back into the store but they had locked the doors. I filled out the survey from the receipt and the manager Josh left me a message. I have called both the Stow and Cuyahoga Falls stores several times and left messages with staff with no return call. Will NEVER take my pups to be groomed at either of these locations again. The pictures are of my dog in the car and once I got her home of the “grooming” they had completed.

I needed help with a very heavy bag of dog food. The gentleman that helped was so kind . They staff us consistently great! The store is super clean and well. Organized. Easy to park. Help is readily available. Highly recommend them

Took my dog here for a couple of years. Always friendly and great grooming done on marshal. This last visit was horrible. My dog can't even sit on his bottom due to red and soreness plus they have really overcharged us this last time. His groomer was Stephanie and I called to speak about how marshal was not sitting and she did nothing but place blame on us. Took no responsibleabi

I went in to buy cat food and was impressed with the variety—they had a lot of good options. However, there weren’t many toys for cats, which was a little disappointing. Can’t speak for other pets, but it’s decent if you’re just looking for food.

I think this place is great because we don’t come here to get our dogs groomed me and my family comes here every week to get our 2 dogs and 3 cats treats and food and sometimes toys for the dogs or cats and we also sometimes see new animals that are waiting to get adopted we saw one that looked like our gray tabby but I recommend coming here for cat or dog food, treats, or toys love this place.
