The service here is amazing and the employees are so kind and helpful. The cashier who I believe was named Hannah was smiling, helpful, and kind both times I went to check out! I got my senior dog Baby a full service groom by Nanii. She did an amazing job, knew exactly what I wanted, and gave the perfect haircut! I can tell she cares for the dogs she services. When I went to pick Baby up she was comfortably laying and getting petted by all the girls in the salon, who were so kind to both her and me! It can be nerve wrecking taking your elderly dog in for a groom, but they treated her very well and she looks beautiful and healthy ❤️ I can’t thank them enough!

The store is always well stocked, clean, and lots of help available if you need it. I've used the grooming services for my three dogs and they always look good! The staff is very friendly and if I need help, they are ready to do so. I also appreciate how well they know their products. A great place to go for any pet needs, including fish!

It closed too early for grooming & nail trimming & ear cleaning. There bath areas are high for older dogs that can't jump. The grooming closed at 5pm, which would probably be the best time for someone that works day shift. Luckily Pet Supplies Plus has other stores that keep much better hours!

Scheduled a grooming appointment for 10am. The groomer took a walk in at my appointment time.. then was yelling at the door because he kept falling off the grooming table. 20 minutes after my grooming time she asked for shot records.. I should have knew to bring them but I go there all the time and they always have had them on file, my mistake. Not a big deal, I get the records and come back. It’s now 30 minutes past my appointment time, she had an attitude and was upset that she had to enter my information all over again. Then as she’s reviewing my shot records, my phone locks she turns it to me to unlock and picks up the phone and starts having a whole ass conversation. I tried waiting but looking at my phone seeing 10:35 when my appointment was at 10 was just crazy so I left. Why in the world would you answer the phone and completely ignore the person in front of you that had an appointment and has been patiently waiting. I also could have got the shot records while I waited for 20 minutes while she took a walk in but she was in such a bad mood she didn’t talk to me that whole time. I get that understaffing is an issue but this whole experience was terrible if you don’t want to work there then don’t. Don’t take it out on the animals and your customers . Will not be back.

I made an appointment on behalf of my senior client for her dog to get a full groom at 1:30. We waited an hour and a half for them to not even start yet. We were told that it would be another hour or hour and a half and that they are short staffed. While I understand that they are short staffed and it was busy, I don’t think it’s fair to make that our problem. I also found it unfair that at least 6 people who walked in after us were taken care of before us. What is the purpose of making an appointment if the appointment isn’t prioritized? I know that the manager attempted to apologize and I’m sorry about my angry client. What would have helped her calm down would be to ask how things could be made right, to prioritize appointments, to inform of delays/potential delays beforehand, and to provide a bench in store for seniors and people with disabilities to wait.
