Great staff, very knowledgeable and happy to help with any of your pets needs. Dalton was especially helpful while I was looking for some new decor additions to my fish tank. This is the place to go if you want to brighten anyone's day!

I can’t say enough about Dalton He was so helpful. I went there. I was looking for a puppy. I was so confused to find The right one he took it easy and he took his time to explain all about puppies and the ownership and how can I take care of them? We finally settle down for the one will fit my lifestyle. He was so great about explaining the finance and helpful and show me how to to treat the dog to feed them and to do the right things the good thing that you do they offer you Finance too and the lifetime warranty in the puppies, which is unbeatable prices great service thank you Dalton.

Dalton was so generous with a bag of goodies to help fill our dog and cat basket for a charity auction. PetSmart on the other hand did not. The puppies are so sweet and well cared for. I love Petland!

We had a great experience getting our new puppy a Mini Bernadoodle. It was a pretty smooth process and they answered all our questions and covered everything else we didn't think about and even called to check up on us and see how things were going. He's fitting in quite nicely

There's more room and more items at the petland that we got our puppy, but way more staff at this smaller location, which is interesting. They were very helpful and sociable. My puppy drove all the other puppies insane and I'm glad for the staff's patience. He's a chronic human butt sniffer. They had some really cool non standard breeds that people look for like st. Bernard and sheltie and others I couldn't even identify. The ferrets were absolutely heart melting. Everything was orderly, the sales kind of disappointed. We came looking for wet food but there really wasn't much option for anything unless you came looking for bakery treats! Mixed feelings about the store, since it's out of the way traveling I don't think I'll take the time to come by often. We will continually visit the petland our little boy came from!
