Pet Supplies Plus Springfield Township

I purchased these hoping to establish a thriving colony, but unfortunately, I saw 0 inside and the ones I managed to find were dead(Springtails are normally very active, so it was clear they weren’t alive). When I requested a replacement, the only other container available in stock was completely dried out (springtails require moisture to survive and it contained none at all). The lady at the counter was understanding and helpful throughout the situation. Even offering advice and other options. However, whoever is responsible for the care of these critters needs better training or replaced. Proper care isn’t difficult: a light misting of water and opening their lid to do this for fresh air is not that hard. I also checked their dwarf isopods, and they appeared similarly inactive or absent.

Took my baby for grooming and she came home so scared and just completely not herself. I asked for them to trim her and it looks like they did nothing. It looks like all she got was a bath and dry. Just super disappointed with the service.

I went into this store to buy a particular soft carrier for my dog. It is a $55 carrier. They only had one and when I looked at it, I realized it had been used and full of pet hair. How gross! They were selling a gross, used carrier at full price. I took it to the cashier and showed them but didn't get much if a response. I won't be going back to that store!

They always have what I need for my kitty cat. I appreciate the coupons! I would go to an online store if I didn't get great discounts! Pet Supplies Plus is doing a great job!

Big shout out to Rachel in the grooming department! Wonderful job on a very scared Bichon puppy-he has hated getting his nails done and she was so gentle and professional-my pup didn’t even flinch! At all!! Thank you and actually looking forward to getting him groomed there soon!
