I would like to give the store zero stars because I called and asked if they would sell me a Ferret They said they have two but Because one has an eye problem that I did not see as a train, veterinarian myself And apparently because one has a problem, they won’t sell me the other one they said we have to take them both to the vet yeah bullshit. It’s a waste of my money to drive here. Do not come to the store because the staff is very rude. They lie and they do not treat you with respect.

Had two bags of cat food, just holding it in line- person in front of me had way more and took a long time to check out, finally after five minutes they got another cashier to help me, she didn't know how to use my coupon. Asked me if I already used it or if someone had my info to my account- I just cut out that coupon from their advertising. She put in my coupon code wrong. Not coming to this location anymore. Totally ridiculous! Thanks for the considerate people that didn't let me go before them! Really nice customers you have too! Gross.

Love this place for the most part, somethings they don't carry so we have to go to walmart. Service team is great except one employee who really could careless if customers come in. I avoid this person at all cost because not only is she not friendly but she does not listen when you talk to her. She has messed up a lot of my and my husband's orders.

Very friendly staff. I was adopting a cat and getting things so I dealt with management, cashiers and floor workers. All of them were very helpful, the manager took a claw mark or two I'm sure and was still really nice lol

Excellent service. Had all the items in stock. Delivered within 2 hours of me placing the order. Fantastic!
