I visited this shop today for the 1st time and was VERY disappointed. The tanks are dirty and way, way too crowded. The fish are super stressed out. The large tank with the freshwater plants had dozens of female bettas ALL covered with ick and they all had shredded fins. I saw 4 deceased ones in there which were being eaten by other fish. When I told the employee he seemed very uninterested and simply told me that the tank is being treated for ick and the dead fish ...well, "It's protein for the other fish." That's unacceptable and awful. Those poor fish are in horrible condition. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Matt is amazing!. Under the sea have always helped save my tank in several occasions. They act immediately for emergencies, and they’re always there to answer questions and advice. The store is beautiful. The fish and coral inventory they present is top notch. I recommend them over any other fish business for tank service or buying fish. They’re honest at what they do, & not there to sell you something that would effect your tank!

Absolutely amazing store all around. Great selection of fish and invertebrates, both salt and freshwater, and probably the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Absolutely splendid experience from start to finish, thoroughly satisfied.

These guys are great! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Other shops could learn from these guys! The freshwater selection is always unique and cool. I’ve seen things there that I’ve never seen in over 30 years of aquarium hobby. Shout out to Tristan! Thanks for the help today!
