His store has very nice music playing and it was very relaxing to walk the aisles looking at all the fish and all the coral. Ernest was very efficient in catching the fish quickly and put them in large plastic bags with lots of air. All the bags were placed in a large a styrofoam box for a safe transport of the fish. He was super kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed an interest in my system and even asked to see pictures of my setup.
