Missing Link Aquatics & Exotics

I bought a baby python, 40 gallon tank, bedding, hide away, water bowl, snake hook and a heating pad and heat lamp. The 2 ladies who helped me with this purchase were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very charismatic about their jobs. They even threw in some free mice to make this transaction awesome. Definitely visit this store before you make any decisions on pets.

First of all, I am WAY late in writing this review. Owner Jason and his awesome staff (Emma, Bridget, Jacob to name a few) have been helping me with my freshwater setups for almost a year at this point. Jason specifically has been there to recommend stock, help me solve problems, figure out tank setup, and generally provide me with any help I need. He has always done the right thing by me and is a man of his word, through and through. He will tell you what he thinks, even if it's maybe what you don't want to hear (like a fish won't work for your setup). The picture here is of my pal Mushu, a long-fin super red bristlenose pleco that Jason looked for for me for SIX MONTHS. An awesome local shop with the knowledge and integrity to back it up.

Love the customer service. Very friendly and always helpful. Great selection of aquatic plants and prices are budget friendly. They are knowledgeable about their products as well..not just selling to make a buck. Come here often for my tank maintenance needs & hardscapes.

We’ve visited the store multiple times after finding it, my husband is like a kid in a candy store every time we go lol. He loves fish. We recently bought some snails, banded kuhli loaches, and ghost shrimp. We bought another batch of loaches that unfortunately just didn’t make it, Jason gave him a refund as they all died within 2/3 days of buying them even though our water parameters and all were in range. Jason and his staff are great. We will continue to choose to support local verses chain pet stores. 🤍

I am a pet store enthusiast ( if there is such a thing). This is a friendly environment , family business , loyal customers, and a wide selection of pets. Also knowledgeable. I drive from 32 minutes away just because I know they have something different to offer.
