They answered all my questions and even gave me a small styrofoam cooler to keep my betta in since i had a few hours until i was able to make it home. I would definitely go back in the future! This store will not stand behind their product and clearly does not care about their customer base. I try to support local businesses but when they don't care about their loyal customers it's better to go to PetSmart. PetSmart stands behind their product and will refund you.
