Jessica is the best groomer! After taking our sweet doodle to two other groomers who shaved our dog, Jessica listened and did exactly what we wanted. I’m so grateful we found her! She really is the greatest!

Jessica did an amazing job grooming our cavapoo! Staff are always friendly, and our dog always comes back smelling fresh and soft. Their prices are also one of the most reasonable in the area. Highly recommend!

I took my dog in for a haircut and was very clear—multiple times—about how I wanted it done. Despite that, Jessica cut it way too short, almost like a summer shave, which was absolutely not what I asked for. On top of that, the cut on my dog’s head and tail was noticeably uneven. Given the cold weather, this was especially frustrating. When I pointed out the issues, Jessica’s only response was, “It’ll grow back,” which was dismissive and unhelpful. Later, when I returned for modifications, the manager sided with Jessica and he even claimed I had posted incorrect before pictures, rather than addressing the real problem. However, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Jessica for grooming. After how the situation was handled, we won’t be coming back and suggest others be cautious when booking.

Ava did an amazing job on my little Bella 😊 she not only looked and smelled so delicious but Ava was actually holding her in her arms and she was asleep when I went to pick her up. That goes above and beyond.❤️ Thanks Ava! Will definitely bring Bella back!
