Came in to check out some snails, shrimp, and plants for my tank set up every time we come in here the shop dog always has its face in people's crotches or is right up on you. Today another lady came in behind us and the dog ran up on her and JUMPED ON HER before barreling up to me And Jumping on me, the lady who we presume is the owner of the dog as she walked it out of the store and to her car didn't take any responsibility for the actions and neither did the worker. I am 9 months pregnant and when she pulled the dog off it ripped my shirt and left scratches welts and bruises. Everything was extremely overpriced and the entire situation was not okay and highly disrespectful and unprofessional with no accountability we personally will not be back again and don't reccomend this store. Your better going off the mountain where the fish aren't all dead or in improper care settings, the plants aren't double what their worth, and you won't get a dog who's trying to shove their entire face in everyone's crotch and jumping on people knocking them over.

10000/10 These guys are our local version of TANKED. They both know their stuff and genuinely care about animals and customers! If they don’t have it, they’ll order it!! They’re always there to answer questions about our tanks and they have the best selection of salt and freshwater! When you go, make sure to check out Nora the nurse shark, Cheese the cow fish and Luna the huskie ❤️

Traveled over an hour just to visit this store on a Sunday, it says business hours are 12pm to 5pm .... we arrived at 2pm lights off, no sign on the door, door locked!! UPDATE:: I messaged reefmagic on Facebook, even though I did not believe the response on why they were closed, I thought whatever just let it go!! Then I woke up the next morning to this!!! This is not how you run a business, Especially when other stores in that town says this is a normal occurrence and they end up with their customers upset because the store is not open!!! Pitiful

I had an exceptional experience purchasing a cleanup crew and two clownfish. The staff was highly knowledgeable, providing valuable guidance and answering all my questions to ensure I had everything needed for my saltwater aquarium. The livestock was healthy and well cared for, reflecting the high standards maintained. I will certainly be returning for any future aquarium needs and highly recommend this establishment to fellow hobbyists.

Great experience when they show up. Drove an hour to get here to sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes with the doors locked when they were supposed to be open. No answer on the phone either. I want to go back, but I don't want to waste my time either.
