Frag Farm is a great place to purchase all your needs from the beginning of setting up your new aquarium to adding fish and corals. Frank is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me plan out when and how to add coral. He stopped me from over stocking my tank because he wanted me to establish my tank. He is now doing my maintenance and the tank looks beautiful. I have referred friends to use Frank because he will do what is best for the customer. This is the place to go to for new and old reefers.

Working with frank has been nothing short of excellent. He quick to respond with any questions and has an amazing selection of frags. If you look elsewhere your wasting your time and money. You WILL NOT find higher quality frags especially at this pricing. Corals are packaged with the highest level of care and arrived healthy. I will not do business with anyone but frank.

Sold me a package of items off Facebook marketplace place and when i arrived it was missing two items they said had just sold and I had payed. They said they were going to order them and call me to pick them up. Called them every 3 days and always gave me an excuse and it’s been almost 2 months and nothing. Was going to buy frags and fishes from them when i was going to pick up the rest of the items but i guess ill go buy them somewhere else. Terrible!!

One day, my son and I went into this store to buy a catfish. We mentioned that we already had a betta fish. The employee recommended we get an axolotl instead. We were not familiar with axolotls, but my son was very excited. We told the staff that we had a tropical fish and a small tank. Despite that, they still pushed us to get the axolotl. Later, we found out that bettas and axolotls cannot live together—axolotls require cold water, while bettas are tropical. Unfortunately, we lost both fish because the employee seemed more interested in making a sale than giving us proper advice. My son cried for a long time. If you work in this industry, please don’t mislead people who are not knowledgeable. It’s not just about selling a product—it’s about living creatures. We are truly heartbroken.

I became associated with Frag Farm totally by accident. This past weekend, I had a major die off in my tank. I've never had this happen before. The fish that caused the die off were NOT purchased here. My friend called up Frag Farm for me and told them about my situation. Not only did the owner relay information for me to call him, but he gave me his direct number. Remember, at this point I have never met him or worked with him. I took a shot in the dark and gave him a call. Literally, at 5 pm on a Saturday, he told me to bring in the bodies of some of my fish and some of my water for him to test my water. I only figured out what was going on (without guessing any further) because he quite literally did a fish autopsy in front of me, then proceeded to give me fish antibiotics that are now very hard to come by. The next day I realized the antibiotics weren't working, so I called him up, told him exactly what I needed, and he made it happen. He made sure I got a fish medication that is near impossible to come across. Because of him and his responsiveness to someone he's never even met, the rest of my tank is alive. Not only is he very responsive and has genuine concerns for the well being of fish and the aquarium hobby, but he is very open to learning from his clients. I then told him exactly what I had done in case someone else ever encountered my problem, and he asked questions and made suggestions. It has been a pleasure. I believe his wholesaler is the same one I got my featherfin catfish from ten years ago (who I still have), and his fish looked stellar in the store.
