The Pond & Rock Shop helped me start my pond and they are great to work with. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They had everything in stock for my project and gave me outstanding customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good customer service. Part of my pond pump assembly was broken. They identified the check valve I needed and it was delivered to my home in 2 days. When I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't fit, they patiently explained that I needed to remove another existing fitting in the well. It works like new now. I want to believe that the cost of the part and the information I received was worth it.

Tucked in the back corner of Business Ave. is this gemstone of a place for all your pond/aquatic needs. Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Will definitely return!

Outstanding place to do business. Have purchased numerous supplies from them in the past so I didn't hesitate to contact them again for a larger DIY landscape project. They were very receptive and responsive to all my requests and offered a great deal of tips to help me complete the job. Very pleased with everyone I encountered from Kim to Jessica in coordinating delivery of the material. Couldn't be happier

Great store but the staff are anti maskers, they have those 4th ammendment signs up and other nonsense about masks being illegal. If you are serious about staying safe during covid I would suggest staying away. Other than that the staff are helpful and knowledgeable and I always find what I need there.
