This place is absolutely fantastic! The guys there are super nice, super friendly, and super helpful! (Yeah, it's super!) The guy who helped my son with his fish was fantastic. He was patient, spoke to him, gave him pointers & tips on which ones to choose. He took his time to show him other fish in the tank and what made them unique. Their prices are way better than other franchised pet stores. Their staff is more knowledgeable, and their animals, and tanks are treated waaayy better! Side note: dress accordingly it's 81° in there! (Which I was not prepared for!)

New ownership is horrible. 2nd time in 2 months I drove from Philly to come here to get fish. Both times I received absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited 7 minutes while the guy was talking to the same 2 people. Then there was 2 other customers in there. I would have been waiting another 20 minutes. 2 months ago, I came in I waited 10 minutes for service and then walked out. I spent $40 plus at aquarium center right afterwards both times. I tell you what nobody was like the old owner John. Yeah he would talk to you but if he seen there was other people waiting he would get to you and then continue his conversation. The store has more space but less stuff than ever if that makes sense. I will never step foot into this place ever again. The store selection and stock and customer service went downhill since John sold the store. Should change the store name, JB stands for John Billington the original owner. I don't think John would want his name behind a place that don't acknowledge his former old time customers

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of healthy looking fish for a small shop, and reasonable prices too! They didn't have the snails I wanted on Saturday, but ordered them right away and I picked them up on Tuesday. Top notch customer service will bring me back.

This place was AMAZING I been there many times and they have many cool fish and that place told my mom something’s (tips) and my fish tank was bad but from the help none of my fish died in months and I recommend going there and for a long time I will buy there cool fish and I need otos so I will go there. And about a month ago I bought a algae eater is cleaning a lot of my tank alarms. It’s really pretty and it’s still alive thank you for all the fish and support you gave me

I was on the road and came across this place. Wanted to see if I could buy some feeder crickets and roaches. I was pleasantly surprised by the fish tanks, which had live plants and wasn't overcrowded. The terrariums they had were awesome. The feeder insects (dubias and crickets) prices are so great!! You won't find affordable prices like this at many places. The guy who helped me out was so nice and helpful. This is a far place for me, but I'll make the drive again.
