I got my two little puppies from here in April and they are the happiest and healthiest puppies. They're were 2 girls helping me with the puppies and paperwork and they were very friendly and honest. I put down a deposit for my two aussies and they told when they were ready after the vet shots to come get them and then I brought my two babies home. Would recommend:) and would definitely get another pup here in the future thanks for Boof and Benji

We bought a kitten from Fetch a Pet last November. We were impressed by the knowledge of the owner and the care he took of the animals. We went there a few times to spend time with the kittens and finally selected one. He has been very healthy and sociable with family and visitors. And of course he’s the cutest kitten ever!

I originally left a 1-star review without explaining the full context — only to receive a sarcastic response from the owner. So, I’d like to take a moment to clarify.... While the owner was quick to point out that I’ve left other negative reviews (a whole three), what he failed to mention is that I’ve also left over 50 positive reviews, most of which are 4 or 5 stars. I generally avoid posting negative feedback because I understand that not every experience is perfect — people have off days, and differences of opinion happen. However, in this case I think it's important to speak up. A close friend of mine recently purchased a puppy from this business. The puppy was sent home with serious health issues, including multiple parasites and symptoms consistent with kennel cough (after being assured the dog had a clean bill of health). This led to a significant emergency vet bill — all on top of an already ridiculously overpriced puppy. Understandably, this is upsetting and disappointing and of course the owner refused to take any responsibility for the sick pup... I have adopted dogs and worked with rescues and never in my life have I seen an animal sent home in the condition this puppy was in. Rescues (who actually care about their animals and not just making as much money as possible) make sure the animals are healthy before sending them home. What I find especially concerning is how the owner handles negative reviews. Rather than taking accountability or offering support, the response from the business is dismissive and combative. Based on the other negative reviews (some of which also mention extremely sick animals), this seems to be a recurring pattern when customers raise legitimate concerns. In my personal opinion, any business dealing with live animals should operate with transparency, compassion, and a commitment to animal welfare. I sincerely hope this business is investigated and held accountable before more animals — and unsuspecting families — are hurt.... And to the business owner, I truly hope you have the day you deserve.

I've been told a picture is worth a thousand words so here is a small essay of photos to describe just some of the moments we've been sharing together as my lil puppy grows into the the sweet and amazing Huskeranian she is! She is so intelligent and training has been a breeze. The staff at fetch a pet really cares about their puppies and the owner has improved this place alot recently! They sell amazing toys & products for the puppies as well!

Best pet shop around no doubt. All of the animals are super well cared for and healthy. The staff are always taking care of the animals. I recently got my puppy from here and he is the sweetest boy. They sent me home with everything I needed, (kennel, leash, collar, toys, food). Chris was super patient in explaining the shot records and they even have a vet that checks all the dogs every week. I was also informed that they check all the dogs fecals to test for worms, parasites, etc. to ensure an healthy dog, and they won’t send the dog home if they don’t pass. Everyone was super helpful and answered all my questions. The store is super clean, between the dog bins, fish tanks, and just overall. I would recommend this place to anyone. The process to get a new puppy is super easy, and like I mentioned before everyone is super helpful. Glad to have a place like Fetch A Pet in the area. I am beyond thankful to have my new puppy, Oakley!!
