Instead, they lost a loyal customer over $100 and a lack of proper guidance. They also refused to offer a refund or even store credit for the mistake. If you’re new to the fish hobby, I strongly suggest you go somewhere that takes the time to ask what you already have in your tank and helps you make responsible choices—for the health of your fish and your wallet.
