Ruby Mountian Aquarium supply

I did an online order over 2 weeks ago. Still have not received items purchased. And even if it was shipped, never received a tracking number, just a yeah, app. I had to download to try to track a package that only works on the emails that the company send you.

I prefer to go to this shop over the other pet retailer in the area as the fish appear to be a lot healthier and in better environments. The staff seem knowledgeable about their personal departments and if the one in the store inst the best about a certain topic they provide someone from their team to get in touch with.

We really like this pet store. The staff is very helpful. They didn't have the type of fish I wanted so he referred me to someone I could get them from in town. They are knowledgeable & like to tell you info about the animals. We have gone in & just browsed a few times
