In The Reefs

There's a Gentleman, and I say that word very cautiously. That had this establishment scored one star a few days ago. I have been dealing with Julie for the last 6 months and have spent lots of money. I can tell you she definitely stands by her products. The gentleman that had her scored at a 1 was in the store harassing her and calling her very demeaning names. He then turned to me and tried to bad mouth her to me. He was upset that his tank had sat in a garage for a year, and he wasn't satisfied with it when he got it out. The company refunded his money, and he got to keep the tank. Even with this he continued to scream, berate and harass this woman. We finally had to threaten him with the cops to make him leave. Julie is only taking customers on appointment only, and he came in without an appointment and harassed her. Shame on him. Now, if you want to go somewhere that can set you up with an amazing tank, and an amazing amount of knowledge, this is the place to go.

Unbelievable selection of coral and salt water fish; hands down the best place in the region. Owners are extremely knowledgeable and very nice (and patient!). Highly recommended.

As a newbie, I have lots of questions. Julie is so knowledgeable and helpful. A very valuable resource. She is not afraid to tell you, you did something wrong and then she tells you the correct way. I love this hobby. It is a challenge and is very rewarding. I would recommend “In the Reef” to everyone that is looking for marine aquarium supplies and marine animals. It doesn’t hurt that Julie is very easy on the eyes.

Julie is absolutely amazing! She has helped us tremendously through our Salt water journey starting as very beginners. She sold us our wonderful big tank and has been so helpful with just everything! Definitely recommend for all your salt water needs! ❤️
