First I walked in with my 6 lb yorkie on a leash. One of the girls (worker) walked around her very quickly like she was afraid of her. It was so obvious I had to ask the girl if she was okay or afraid of my dog, who didn’t bark or even approach the girl. Her statement was “Oh no, I just wanted to give her space.” IT WAS THE FORAY. THERE WAS PLENTY OF SPACE! The girl immediately went to a long-haired gentleman and both looked at me. THEN, both literally followed me around two aisles. I asked the long-haired guy why they were following me. I assure you I was not being paranoid. THEN, I noticed the long-haired guy two to three aisles away looking at me over the top of that aisle like I was a damn thief. I had had it. 1. I LOVED this store. 2. All four of my dogs were groomed by Heather at that store. Not now. Sorry Heather. 3. When I got to the cash register I asked for a manager. It was the LONG-HAIRED GUY. 4. I still nearly bought my dogs’ food. As I was telling him that I could have gotten better service at a bigger corporate pet store, he made the mistake of saying,”That’s fine.” I left my stuff at the register and left. I will NEVER be back.

I buy crickets here and I’ve always had good experiences here but today I went to look at the their animals and saw this neglected sick chinchilla that has a horrible eye infection and hunched over in pain. I offer to take the chinchilla if they would reduce the price to a small adoption fee so I can take it to a vet right away. They said they couldn’t do that and they already took it to a vet and are waiting for the eye drops to come in. THIS CHINCHILLA IS VERY SICK AND NOT ISOLATED AND STILL ON THE SALE FLOOR. There is an emergency vet 2 miles from this location that has the proper care and medicine on hand. THIS IS DISGUSTING THAT THEY WILL LET A CHINCHILLA GET THIS SICK AND NOT GET IT PROPERL CARE!

I’ve been coming here for over a year to snag Badlands Ranch dog food, usually scoring a sweet 20% off during their sales or a regular promotion. It’s my chance to stock up on treats, toys, and general dog delights. But today? Oh no, today was a masterclass in how not to run a business.Despite their advertised sale, staff flat-out refused to honor it. The employee blamed "the computer" like it’s some sentient being plotting against discounts. The manager? Well, nowhere involved but I guess did allow the discount on one bag... but, plot twist, it didn’t meet the $40 minimum because the bag was $39.95. Apparently, 5 cents is the hill they we’re dying on. She even tried to spin some bizarre yarn about air-dried vs. freeze-dried for the sale, but in the end, it all boiled down to she nor the manager cared at all enough to do the right thing. So, I walked out empty-handed, fueled by frustration and disbelief at the lack of common sense. This is exactly why brick-and-mortar stores are DYING and taking the jobs out of the community—if your staff can’t read and decode their own ads, it’s not a computer problem, it’s a hiring problem. Do better, folks. I will just order it online and have it delivered to my door and not support the local business if this is how they want to play games with those who support a local business.+ ****** REPLY FROM MANAGEMENT IS NOT TRUTHFUL*******They used deception to deceive the public and then tried to play victim****20% off Badlands Ranch minimum $40 purchase. Now they want to play games on bag size, air dried vs freeze dried. DO BETTER!

I used to go to Petsmart to buy cat food. My cat has very specific dietary needs. She can only tolerate a specific brand and flavor of dry food. Petsmart recently notified me they will no longer be carrying that brand. Thankfully, Pet Supplies Plus carries it, so we will be shopping here more now. Thank you!

This store is my favorite store to get everything my kitty needs! The workers are very friendly, knowledgable, and have good customer service. I am always happy to shop here!
