11/10 - Izzy went above and beyond last week to help my wife and I round out a few of our fish tanks. She was elbow-deep in probably 6 tanks grabbing the fish from our list - a few really didn't want to be caught. She even noticed an Oto didn't look 100% and selected another for us so they could treat it. Special thank you Izzy! We've been going here every few weekends for the last several months and this is THE place to go for your pets. We're always very well taken care of and excited to see what new stock has come in.

I want to express my thanks and gratitude to not only this store, but to the amazing personnel who make it happen. These guys here are the best in Columbia. From the knowledge on the pets and supplies they have there, but also very helpful tips and tricks they provide. I cannot thank you all enough, and know you've got a customer who will always choose you! They are the reason I have such a beautiful masterpiece 😍

I've been going to this shop for 3 months now and they've all been super helpful every step of the way. they're all very knowledgeable and kind whenever I asked questions about fresh/saltwater, they helped me with water tests and advised me not to do/buy certain things. the only downside to this place, in my opinion, is their small selection of coral; which isn't a big deal

Hands down THE NUMBER ONE 🙌 place to go for all your pet needs, ESPECIALLY aquatic/reptiles. The staff is super 👌 knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely not "pushy." You can tell they genuinely have a passion for what they do and clearly enjoy their job- which makes the consumer experience 💯 times better! Prices and quality of product are far better than the big box stores.

I have bought fish, frogs, cat products, snails, etc. from this store. BIG FAN! The employees are knowledgeable and kind and will take the time to help. They have helped me set up a tank to ensure good water quality and best care for my fish. 10/10 always recommend. Abby and Jeremy gave me wonderful fish recommendations and great ideas for toys my cat loved.
