Joes shrimp shack

Thanks to Joe’s shrimp shack I filled up my betta tanks and even got a 3.5 gal free with the sale going on! The 3.5 is beautiful, I love the curve on the sides in the front, and the quality of shrimp is top tier. You have a returning customer - the first thing Joe greets me with is “welcome to Walmart” 😂 you can tell they have fun there. Worth the drive!

Joe is such a great guy. He was down here in Houston for the aquarium expo. We didn't buy anything just because I do not have an aquarium, but if I did I would have bought some of the beautiful shrimp. He spend time talking with my son. I could tell he does this with all his customers. Very persona able! Highly recommend, even just for a chat! Thanks Joe!

Amazing store with a ton of high quality equipment, a great selection of flora and fauna, and a very friendly and knowledgeable owner. Joe of Joe's shrimp shack has been there both times I have stopped in and was happy to chat. He shared a lot of great information to help me set up my own tank. All of the livestock looks happy and well taken care of. If you're looking for a local fish store with a good selection, look no further.

Very nice shop, the owner Joe is very nice and helpful. I got my drift wood here for 2 of my tanks and they had a nice selection of bettas. Beautiful shrimp and plants as well. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon, staff were super welcoming and patient with me. I am brand new to shrimp keeping and I probably asked so really stupid/basic questions, but I did not get the feeling that I was being a nuisance even once. The store itself is so clean 🤩 I didn’t realize they also sold small schooling fish, so I will be heading back for some next time I am in the Cities.
