Don’t go here. This is the worst place. Me and my friend were so excited to come try my self service dog washing station but could not have been more turned away by the people. When I came into buy my wash, I told them I haven’t done this before and the shorter brown haired woman said “don’t worry about the time just reset it and continue”. I washed my husky who wasn’t in shedding season and was surprised to see the tub start overflowing with water everywhere when I went and told them they acted frustrated and didn’t even help me try to unclog “my dogs hair” from the drain. I took longer then the set 20 minutes and me and my friend both got told off for taking too long we couldn’t even dry our dogs. We followed the instructions but still got told we took to long and they all had a meeting and advised us just to let them groom our dogs and this wasn’t a grooming only washing (which is what we did). Don’t go back on what you told me then get mad at us when we were being nothing but kind to you all I won’t come back and my friend won’t either.

Staff were very nice. The self wash for the price is great! I am a dog groomer and will say you get what you pay for! It’s a basic wash nothing too fancy but gets the job done. Which is what I needed after the dogs being in the lake all weekend! Wish the shampoo and conditioner were better but in a pinch it’s good and better than nothing! We will be using again! They also carry all of our food and normally we can only find it online or in certain stores! So happy to have a nice pet store so close by!

We took our goldendoodle Bentley to the grooming service for the first time. We love how his summer cut came out. I also like how I can schedule grooming appointments online. The location is great for us as well. Bentley will be back!

First clerk I met asked if I needed any help. Nice. Clerk at check out asked if I wished to join the free perks club. I said ok and gave my email. But I refused to give my phone number by stating "No, I don't want to get texts." "Well then you don't want to join the club," she stated. I shrugged. She rang up my items but at full retail price. I protested that they were on sale. She said, "For club members. " I turned and walked out. That was disgusting. I don't have to give up my privacy to get sales items.

The bathing facility at pet supply plus Ostego is much better than my previous self shampoo station with a competitor. The employees are very positive, helpful and overall wonderful environment.
