Pet Expo - Mankato

I love this place! Fun, positive, festive! They have a garden qoth a bridge and open concept for interacting with the fur babies. The staff is not only pleasant and eager to help but each is super educated in their areas. We just adopted a baby bunny and he's the best! Very reasonable prices and tons of choices and options for every one of your pet needs.

It was my first time coming in to this store... We are looking at getting our dog groomed our. I was really impressed with how huge the store was, the variety of items and how friendly the staff was. I found many dog treats that were reasonably priced. It was fun looking through everything and imaging my dog chewing on or enjoying them. I ended up getting him a ham bone, lamb training treats and some chew sticks. You could explore this store for hours. I like the giant tv showing clips and educating pet owners. Just before leaving there was an employee on the screen talking about a puffer fish they just got in. While checking out, it was the same employee helping me who was on the tv. I said, "You're famous!" ... We laughed. But, what's important is that employee was fun, helpful, and just overall a good guy. I did notice that every employee I interacted with was smiling, helpful, and knowledgeable. I look forward to this store becoming my new pet go to... And I recommend checking it out if you're in Mankato, MN.

The store’s layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or provide recommendations. I was particularly impressed with their Aquatic Cove, which features a diverse range of freshwater and saltwater fish, as well as live rock and coral.  Additionally, Pet Expo offers on-site grooming services through Vanity Fur, ensuring your pets can receive top-notch care during your visit.  Overall, Pet Expo provides a comprehensive and enjoyable shopping experience for pet owners, combining a vast product selection with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend visiting for all your pet-related needs.

What an enjoyable experience! Very educated, polite staff. Clean environment and spaces for the pets. We were able to hold some pets with supervision. Didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Pictures are focused on the fish as there were some other children we didn't want to get pictured. Recommended

Great selection, not so great in other areas. The cashier did not know the difference between cat litter and dog food and did not scan a coupon so she ran the transaction 2x, and now waiting for the refund they supposedly gave me when I went back in to deal with it a few days later. This is one of many instances I have dealt with that were problematic. I ask questions about products and don't get clear answers. I miss Petco so much.
