We took our puppy to get groomed here. She looked super cute, but I don't think the groomer took quite enough off. They were so nice and sweet to our doggie, though! It was her first time being groomed, so I think they took it easy on her intentionally. Overall good experience! We will return for sure.

Really disappointed with the groom. My dog was clearly not brushed out properly, her legs were not trimmed at all, her mouth has long beard like spots (face was supposed to be shaved) and her entire body is uneven. When I picked her up I was told the groomer decided to do a longer length than discussed and that I wouldn’t even notice. The first visit they didn’t even do her ears and I got comments from the vet two weeks later about how much hair was in there. On top of that, was told it was 2-2.5 hrs and after 4 hours I called to get a status update, and she was “almost” done. I’ll be going elsewhere but wanted to share for others to watch out for this half-done grooming.

Went in there to get a few items for our new puppy we got in the area. We went back to the groomer and asked questions on when we should start grooming. She was very nice and informed us when to start. And even cleaned up the puppy’s paws for us with no charge.

Came in to visit with our injured dog - staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgable about how to treat our dogs open wound and protect it from being scratched and reopening it. Honestly, and this probably says more about our vet than anything - more helpful than our veterinary visit.

Raychel is our groomer and she is so sweet & caring. She loves our dog Cabo and he loves her too. She’s so gentle with him & when she holds him, he’s so comfortable & content. I love Raychel & she’s so passionate about her job and we have a great friendship!! Raychel deserves 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟!!
