Staff were friendly and helpful but every hamster I looked at seemed terrified for its life. I bought one of them but just came to finding out its foot is completely gone. It’s been almost two weeks now and my hamster seems traumatized from any human, all it does is sleep and hide. It looks like the foot was cut off….

Took our dog in for a nail clipping and we are very pleased with the results. The appointment was available within 2 days, and the price was reasonable for a clip and grind. Our dog has arthritis in her hind legs and her hind quarters are very stiff. Keeping her nails short helps with her traction on ice and tile, especially important this time of year. The attendants were very attentive, caring, and very fast. My dog was made very comfortable throughout the process. The clip and grind on her nails is really god. I highly recommend them!

Will never trust another groomer for my baby. My dog HATES his nails being cut and they handle him with care and patience. Great grooming team! Highly recommend.

They’re always able to accommodate and assist whether I’m looking for my daughters hermit crab tank supplies extra kitty litter boxes or specialty treats from my pooches. We are big fans.
